Title: Steve Rogers seeks home

Basically, I created an AU (that's alterante universe) version of Steve Rogers (Captain America) for a game and the whole thing apparently turned out to be a thinly veiled excuse for having cyber sex between two players constantly. Ugh.
So now I'm trying to find a home for him. Essentially, he was redrafted in the style of Heroes, more "realistic" persay and that nature. The profile's available on request, but if there's anything out there let me know.
Also, will field other sci-fi/comic games, but my first priority is finding a home for this char.

Title: Out of loop Player looking for a pbem game (VtM, Amber prefe

A few weeks ago an old ST companion tore open the seals on my crypt and dragged me back into the night after about a decade in torpor. Unfortunately his game fell apart due to the bane of all games...player drop out.
But now that this ancient has been stirred from his slumber, his hunger gnaws at him to be fulfilled.
Looking for good roleplaying opportunity with a group of like minded individuals. Before the slumber, I was involved for longer than I care to admit in old school D&D and AD&D, graduated to Runequest and then moved on to VtM (1st and 2nd and a little 3rd but only online), Amber DRP (one of my favorites), and a mish mash of Shadow Run and various deceased others.
Most of my rule books are long gone (exceptions VtM -thanks Blackaeon and 4shared! and Amber), but I can wing it with guidance and would rather be involved in the roleplaying versus the mechanics.
Tend to write fewer, longer posts (2-3/week). I hate 3-4 line fast posting games and have no interest in chat room gaming.
I hope there is something out there. Feel free to email me.

Title: The Asset

— “So you want me to be half-monk, half-hitman.” —
Sometimes, even in a world of hackers and high-tech intelligence-gathering apparatus it all comes down to a man with a gun. He is the asset, a highly trained and relentlessly focused individual able to operate in a variety of environments, move across borders with ease, use finesse when possible and brute force when necessary. Every country has them and every country needs them.
As for me, I’m looking for a PBeM or PBP experience that’ll allow me to get into the headspace of an asset in a one-on-one or small group set-up. Think Bourne or Bond: men with the wherewithal to get the job done under extreme duress and when the stakes are high.
Ideally such a game would involve far-flung locales both glamorous and gritty and the kind of mission that demands a high-value asset. Camp is much to be avoided, with the emphasis placed on the sort of ground-level verisimilitude seen in the latest Bond pictures or the Bourne films, where heroics are possible but with a tangible human cost.
When it comes to questions of system I only ask that we avoid mechanics-heavy games that can turn task resolution into a boring slog of numbers and virtual dice-rolls. System-free isn’t a must, but ought to be at least considered alongside options that lean more toward narration than simulation.
